Cirqlio Refund Policy

Effective Date: 26th February 2026

1. One-Time Credit Recharges (No Subscriptions)

Cirqlio does not offer recurring subscriptions. The platform is entirely powered by one-time credit recharges. Credits are consumed dynamically as you use services:

  • Anonymous Chat: 1 credit per sent message
  • Voice Calls: 13 credits per minute
  • Video Calls: 21 credits per minute

2. Cryptocurrency & Finality of Payments

All recharges on Cirqlio are processed using **Bitcoin (BTC) and the Lightning Network** via the Nijipe payment processor. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all recharges are final and non-refundable. We cannot initiate chargebacks or reverse payments once they are confirmed on-chain or over the Lightning Network.

3. Account Recovery & PIN Responsibility

Since Cirqlio is a privacy-first anonymous platform, credit balances are tied strictly to the recovery email and 4-digit PIN you enter during recharge.

You can restore your balance on any device or new browser session using the **"Sync & Recover Balance"** option. It is your responsibility to remember this email/PIN combination. Cirqlio support cannot recover balances for lost PINs or incorrect emails as we do not store personal profile information or match aliases to identity databases.

4. Technical Discrepancies & Claims

If your payment was successfully completed and confirmed on the blockchain but the credits were not added to your balance due to a technical delivery failure:

Include the following details in your inquiry:

  • Your recovery email address used for the transaction
  • Your active account alias
  • The transaction ID or a link to the confirmed invoice receipt from Nijipe

Once verified, we will manually credit the due amount to your balance.
